  Service was good. The guy that brought our food was very friendly. He gets a 10 out of 10. The food on the other hand was a huge disappointment. My grilled cheese was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. The bread had probably been toasted awhile ago and they just slapped a slice of cheese in between. I know this is not a gourmet meal but c Mon! And my 4 piece cheese sticks were on the way to being awesome when I bit into one and it was completely empty of cheese. 😭 The kids cheeseburgers were good tho.

  Ordered a simple chilli cheese tots. Was so horrible. It can't that hard to serve great food. But then again, Maybe it is.

  Took 15 minutes to get a pre-order when they said it was ready food came out with holes in the meat on 2 burgers and the fires taste like cardboard

  I ordered ahead online, my order was “ready” at 6:49pm but I didn’t receive it until 7:15pm. I also ordered cheese sticks and didn’t receive them at all.

  Terrible waiting times. 20 plus minutes and all I ordered was a 4 piece pep n cheddar. I just left without my order I already had paid for 😑, ridiculous
