  The food was fantastic, but I really want to highlight the service. I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for everyone’s kind attitude toward myself and my grandmother. Lunch was absolutely fantastic. Thank you to the sweet host lady that seated us, the outstanding server Manuel who stayed on point the entire time, and the manager who stopped by to introduce himself. Thank you all.

  Came here for our 12th wedding anniversary. Our server, Arianna was very attentive & good at communicating. Our food was delicious & fresh! I don't think a word was exchanged while we ate our wedge salads! 😂 steaks were both a perfect medium rare. Our cocktails were perfectly balanced. We will definitely be back.

  If you're looking for a perfectly executed steak in Corpus Christi, this is the spot. I highly recommend the 12 oz Ribeye with a Pittsburgh sear. The cook, Frank, is a master of his craft; the char and temperature were spot on. The service from Manuel was equally impressive—his technical knowledge of how the kitchen prepares their cuts really added to the meal. Being a Landry’s Select Club member definitely added a layer of VIP treatment to the evening. We capped it off with their famous scratch-made carrot cake. Truly an unbeatable family dinner.

  Really wanted to celebrate with my wife an early wedding anniversary while taking a weekend getaway to the bay. Having stayed at the Hyatt next door we orders our meal to go. Unfortunately an hour and a half later, with the wrong order and a steak that was resting on the counter in a to go bag. I sat in the back waiting for our meal to be done right while Uber Eats came in and out of the doors. I was even harassed by managers as to what I was doing sitting by the to go items as I waited for my meals.. I made a formal complaint for what it was worth and eventually when I was able to return to our room with our to go order, the food was cold. It was still delicious yet I somehow felt robbed from a first time experience of “Saltgrass” with my wife celebrating a special day. Don’t think I will return. In addition to my review I received a response from this establishment asking me questions about who I am and when I visited. After sending them answers to their questions I have yet to hear back or receive correspondence. Bad way of doing business and treating customers. Doesn’t matter if I visited last night or last year. Y’all need to get it together.

  Just left your restaurant in Corpus Christi, arrived around 11:45am and was seated immediately. Ordered a ribeye medium with fries, soup, and an order of Brussel sprouts. Well over a hour later we asked about our order, and was told they were waiting on fries. Steak came out overcooked, and the excuse for the hour wait was they were waiting on fries. Terrible experience. Customer service must not be important at your Corpus Christi location. Sad.
