  After saying I would get credit after 24 hours it did not happen. They handed me a pizza with burnt pepperoni. My whole order was messed up! The pizza hurt in Annaville helped as much as they could. Don’t waste your money or time here.

  Picked up 7 pizzas for a party . Pizzas were good and hot. Didn't disappoint, teens gobbled them down. I appreciate their hard work at Pizza Hut . No photos sorry it was gone before I knew it .

  I would give zero stars if I could. You're better off going to any other Pizza Hut or making it yourself. I don't know what's going on in that kitchen but it sure isn't good. My family ordered the bundle that includes two mediums, wings, etc. Both pizzas were completely wrong. We were missing 2 wings from the 8 piece which also had a SQUIRT of sauce. I'd have more respect if they would have just called back and said they were out of what we ordered but they couldn't even do that. Instead, we had completely wrong pizzas, mind you, with NO CUSTOMIZATIONS whatsoever. It feels like they saved my number and continue to mess up my order out of spite even though I seldomly get Pizza Hut. I give the benefit of the doubt every time and every time it's wrong. I don't care about free food, or free points or whatever, it's just so rude they can't even call people if they're out of something like TOMATOES. I spoke to the GM already, hoping to find out why I spent almost 40 dollars on wrong food but was told they were just "out". That's fine, that's my cue to not come here anymore and neither should you! It'll be wrong everytime.
