  This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to, and it is consistently extremely slow. I'm a big believer in everyone having bad days, but I seem disappointed every time I go through the drive through here. Had to wait 10 minutes just to order and am still in line 30 minutes later and still dont have my food. Quality is pretty consistent, never great but usually fine.

  This was second time had this problem with this location. Was cheated out of fries first time. Driving through, going home from church on Sat. Evening. Location is still good distance from home but is on the way so stop through. I don’t have time or patience to go back after getting home. Let first time slide. Gave. benefit of doubt. Several times gone through asked for Sprite drink… didn’t have. This past Sat. evening ordered order of chicken nuggets. Got home found fries and other things ordered , but no nuggets. People pay, in my opinion ,for mediocre foods anyway, but to be tired, not wanting to going back that far, finding no nuggets , ready to eat my burger, person who didn’t get chicken nuggets unhappy. Probably would take me just as much in time and gasoline money to go back to get them to get order right. Decided it wasn’t worth it. So will not frequent this location again, and probably not any of their locations as there are better places.

  Horrible customer service. The employees definitely do not enjoy their jobs and it shows from the food quality to the time for the order. It was not even a busy time of the day and had to pull forward and wait for 2items. Even their managers are just standing around and no help with any concerns.

  Ordered food at 11:30 PM, arrive 15 minutes later and they have coned off the line and a contractor informs me the doors are closed and they are working. Employees are not informing anyone nor are they actually closing to prevent orders from coming in. They are accepting payments and orders, just not making them. If I was to guess this isn’t standard procedure and the advice I was given was to just cancel. Really poor business behavior to be accepting orders you have no intention of fulfilling just so you can appear open 24 hours. Ordered at a different restaurant and thankfully they actually fulfilled my order.

  This used to be my go to McDonald’s. They were quick somewhat efficient, but then that depended on the time of day that I went, which I knew there could be some mistakes. Then came the mistakes that happen EVERY visit. Every car in front my car two cars behind they would just move up move to the curbside spots and I know it was just to get their drive-through score down. They would give cars the wrong meal then take it out of the car and come bring it to you. Did they not learn anything during Covid fast-forward today my granddaughter wanted the tiny shoes which were the crocs so I ordered her a happy meal then one for me we go to the McDonald’s they ask if we have a mobile order we answer we gave them a code then we get to the first window and they tell me a whole different name we correct them and then what do they do not even close the window yell to the next person oh, they gave us the wrong order the wrong code. No, I did it. You confirmed it at the drive-through machine that should’ve been the first red flag and you weren’t even lunch time busy yet. We ask you if you happen to know if it’s two different tiny shoes, crocs and you tell us you don’t know it’s random and we say OK well thank you and we pass on the message. We drive home to open the box and give the toy to her, and it wasn’t even a croc we opened the second box not a croc. So not only can you tell the difference in the numbers on the box but you can’t even tell the difference in toys you had at least three different times to tell me they weren’t in stock and then I would’ve figured something out but you’re not giving me what I ordered on the receipt is like just missing the whole burger altogether. It didn’t say random toy. It’s at croc! I tried to call no answer several times then I go and you don’t do exchanges, but you gave me the wrong item on my receipt says croc! I should’ve just went with my instinct and went to another McDonald’s lesson learned. I know this seems trivial, but she’s only three and when she wants a tiny shoe from her favorite place it shouldn’t be that hard.🥺
