  It's not too frequently that I visit a McDonald's, and that's probably for good reason. Usually it's maybe once a year, and only to get food for my grand kids. Yesterday I went through the drive through, and ordered for my wife and mother. I get home with the food, and guess what. One of the Big Macs was missing. Surprise surprise. Typical garbage McDonald's. I'd have gone back if I wasn't about to head out to San Antonio for a concert. But I digress...the food I did get was miserable anyhow. Was just reminded why I don't visit McDonald's normally. Thank you for that.

  Arable service no one knows what they are doing I’ve been waiting an hour for my food and told 4 different people what I ordered and showed them my receipt. Bro what are y’all doing !?!?

  I don’t know why this location always give me issues. I can’t buy a toy at breakfast! I can’t buy a toy without the purchase of a happy meal! Since when? I’ve never had this issue at any other location. The drive thru wait time can be ok but for the most part expect a wait. I wouldn’t even eat inside with those tables looking like that.

  The night manager he's a young man with curly hair . He was fantastic . We had a huge order and obviously they were short staff but he stayed kind all the way to the end and he even made sure the order was right !

  What a shame! The franchise owner needs to check on the night shift. Saturday night, March 28th 10:30 pm 3 cars in the drive thru, both lanes had cones but one was moved by a customer. One left, the other went to the door and I left after the other customer told the employees are sitting in the back. No one was at the windows not even answering my honking car. What a shame! Owner do something before I let corporate know.
