  Horrible! Everytime I go passed 4 pm they mess something up. I ask for fresh fries I get double dipped fries instead. It’s a constant thing . They need serious adjustments there.

  The food was terrible !! went through the drive-through window for quick pick up the bread was old the fries were not fresh. No napkins or ketchup given as if they knew I had no time to come in and complain in person. Never again will I stop there

  This is the 3 weeks now in a row I have went here. Every week I am waiting for my food for 20-30 minutes. They hand me my drinks and ask me to park on the side of building. While I am parked on the side I watch several cars leave with their food even though they had ordered after me. Last week I watched 7-8 cars leave before I even got my food. I had to go into there and get my food. They told me they were waiting on the fries. I asked them if the several cars that have ordered after me and left ordered fries, they said yes. So instead of packing the fries up with my order they just handed it off to people who ordered after me. So now the rest of my order was cold. When I walked in there tonight to get my food and I asked to talk to the manager. The manager whose name is Julie didn’t help me at all with my complaint. She simply handed my food to me that was sitting on the counter with the employees back there and walked away. She didn’t say anything to me, not even an apology. I asked another employee what the managers name was and what is the number to report this and then the manager finally spoke to me and said it’s on your receipt. So I then turn to walk out the door and she waited till I was at the door to scream through the restaurant “Have a good day!” She has poor management skill. The general manager needs to look into the restaurant and make changes. She does not need the title of a manager if she can’t bother treating customers right. We come here quite often and now considering taking my money elsewhere if changes aren’t made. Please go ahead and review the tape from March 7 between 8pm and 8:30pm and see how your manager likes to treat customers because I am very unsatisfied with my visit today!

  The last 2 visits I have had food missing. This time it was two full meals missing and I should have checked but I was in a hurry and didn’t see until I made the 30 minute drive home. I tried to call but they leave their phone off the hook so there is no way to get help without having to drive back into town so it’s not worth the fuel to drive 1 hour round trip. A refund for half of my $50 bill would be nice but nope they are impossible to contact. Time to tell my kids that McDonalds got caught selling cats as hamburgers so they don’t fight me when I tell them we are never going there again.

  This location does not care about service. Multiple negative reviews and McDonald’s just gives a website to provide more feedback. Drive through and inside both provide terrible service and take forever. I have never had an associate ask my name, then after 15+ mins of waiting they always come out asking my name to see if they have my order. I will boycotting this location and McDonald’s in general as they clearly do not care about feedback given the amount of similar complaints. We all need to stop using this location, it is the only way they will change anything
