Food was cold!! Service was horrible and moved slow as hell. Doesn’t seem like management gives a crap. Clean the lobby!! No one wants to see trash on the floor

This night shift December 10th 9:26pm has absolutely no sense of urgency. There’s no one in the drive through and inside and I’ve waited for 20 minutes and everyone is just walking , on their phone or limping around.
People are doing closing duties instead of preparing this food.

Well when I get to the window, they hand me my burger but then say they're waiting on my fries, then they ask me to pull up... mind you, there is one person in front of me and nobody anywhere behind me. They insist that I must pull up. When I get home I realize, it was not for the fresh french fries, bc they were horrible. My frostys were horrible, melted to the point of they would go thru a straw. Won't go back.
