  Grumpy lady made my order didn't even ask if I wanted toasted just threw it together in a bag with attitude. Last time I go to that location. Choose not to tip and I could hear her talking about me in the back. Wanted to dine in but she made it uncomfortable to do that.

  Worst service ever.. Needs more training especially with customer service...What's a SANDWICH when all your veggies are falling out...will never return to this location and will inform others!! Hopefully you'll get some employees!!

  If you want to go somewhere where you'll be standing in line for an hour or 2, this is the place to go, I went in today at 4:30pm and didn't even get my order started until 5:45pm, when I finally walked out it was already 6pm. So if your in patience or in a rush, or if you just bought groceries at heb and you don't want your ice cream to melt or your milk go bad, I would not come here, they usually only have 1 employee working that'll make sure to go painfully slow while your standing there for the next hour, but if you happen to go in and be blessed with the small chance that there are 2 people working, do not get your hopes up, because those 2 will both work on the same order rather than trying to get to the next person, in the same slow painful progression the 1 employee was going, and if your blessed with 3 people working well, one will be in the back in the office and you'll still be stuck with the 2, no matter what your hoping for, you'll still be stuck watching them slowly painfully slowly progress through one samich at a time, and by the time you leave, it'll be an hour or most likely 2 hours later, if your lucky, and polite.

  Don’t go in on your 30 minute lunch break. They have old old lady who pops up from the back , tells you to wait that online orders are more important she’s by herself and very slow and about 70 years old. Management you have a problem . This place is a joke don’t go there for lunch unless you have a couple of hours and want stale bread
