- SPSahil PatelDec 29, 20255.0Had a great experience at this Subway! The lady who made our sandwiches was amazing — very friendly, cheerful, and treated us with great respect. She was patient, attentive, and made our food beyond expectations. You could clearly see she cares about her work and customers. We visited on Friday, December 26th in the afternoon, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was working hard and deserved recognition. I would give her all 5 stars for the service and quality. Highly recommended — excellent service and delicious food!

They took the time to make the sandwich exactly the way I wanted and were polite throughout the entire process. The store was clean, the service was quick, and the overall experience was excellent. - JSJay SolisAug 14, 20251.0Went to Subway at 1202 N Chaparral street in Corpus Christi Texas. Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes, no one answered. Drove up to the window and the employees just looked at me without taking my order or answering the window. Went inside and asked if the drive through was closed and the employee stated they are not allowed to close the drive thru. I let her know I was waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and she said she’s not taking orders she can’t find the headset. I tried to order inside and she very rudely told me she didn’t have any bread.

She would not give me her name she was yelling at me because their online ordering app took my money but didn't make my order and when I asked for help after she talked over me the entire time refused to help me only said I don't know. I don't know. Didn't give me any clue on how to fix this. Called me rude when she being a representative refused to make it right or help me at all.
