  Bunch of clowns work at this location. ZERO QUALITY CONTROL WHAT SO EVER. STALE BREAD, OLD TURKEY, ALL JUST THROWN INTO A SLOPPY PIECE OF STALE BREAD. Manager had every excuse in the book and made the experience more terrible then it already was. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place.

  Thursday, February 12, 2026 around 4pm I walked in to the Subway on Saratoga Corpus Christi TX. This location has to be the worst and poorly trained staff in Corpus area. I am a senior citizen, not familiar with using the subway app. I dont fully understand this concept a major chain not honoring online advertising there there food to get the deal price. I am sure I am not the only senior citizen out there that prefers to walk in and place your order. Not everyone like to use apps. I asked 3 of the guys working to help me with placing the order on the app. Their response was we are not trained on how to work the subway app. This was a younger group of male employees. I asked for the manager a lady came out and I got the same response from her. She tells me she is in training. I received not help the working staff. As I was walking out the manager on duty i apologized. My response is please dont apologize, please learn her job. She replied it's like sarcastically have a nice day.

  probably the worst subway to go to. they don’t honor what the app says, it’s always extremely busy, unprofessional, the staff is always clueless, they hire just about anybody and anything. my dog could probably work there and would offer better service

  Have Ya'all seen these prices!!! That's what I'm talking bout!!CRAZY!! I feel better about just walking thru heb & buying it there ! SAVE YOUR $$ GO WALK THRU THE STORE YOUR $ WILL GO ALOT FURTHER. NOT TO MENTION THRY NEED TO GIVE THE GIRLS A NEW INTERCOM.THE CAR WASH SCROSS THE STREET!!! PLEASEEE..I GIVE THE GIRLS PROPS!

  My partner and I ordered our meal through the app before arriving maybe ten minutes later. However when we gave our information to the employees they said the order never came through. We waited another 15 minutes and then asked again and they still said there was nothing and were quite rude. The whole time we were in the building the two employees were fighting with each other and being very unprofessional. It is now over an hour after we ordered our meal and still have not received our food.
