Today when I went in they were dealing with an angry customer complaining about the process of them making the pizza. These workers need a raise dealing with these kind of ridiculous customers.

I called her out and told her she should not talk to customers this way, and she said that I couldn't tell her how to talk and she informed me that she was the manager. When I told her I couldn't believe how rude she was, she told me she couldn't believe I was still standing there. I left and went to another subway. They told me they had 3 other custumers come in and complained about how ugly this manager was to them. And they left as well. I'm sure the owner doesn't realize that she is driving away good customers and they are losing money.

- ARAshley RamirezJan 16, 20263.0Don’t go through the drive thru. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru after ordering 30 minutes ago - I still don’t have my food. After they finally came to the window, they didn’t know which order was ours. They ran out of the bread I wanted. We ordered tea and specifically did NOT select the raspberry tea, but that’s what they gave us anyway. The kids running this store obviously need some guidance. We got our food almost 40 minutes after we ordered. Drove around front and they’re just standing around laughing. There’s two more cars waiting for their food in the drive thru..I got home and my sandwich was missing some ingredients.
