There drive through speaker randomly works so sometimes you have to wait 30 plus minutes in the drive through to order at the pick up windows. That's what the young ruka at the windows said after I walked up to ask her after 15 minutes if I could order. I guess it's not chic fil a so they won't come outside, but that would be customer service. Won't go back. Don't waste your time.
