  I am extremely upset about my experience tonight. I went to this Sonic location on Sunday about 20 minutes before closing. I understand that the store closes at 11:00 PM; however, I was told I could not order burgers, ice cream, or several other menu items. I was informed that the grill was already closed and that the ice cream machine had already been cleaned, leaving only hot dogs and drinks available. This was very frustrating and disappointing, especially since the location was still officially open. To make matters worse, even with such a limited order, it took an unusually long time to receive my food. I ordered only hot dogs and three drinks, yet the wait was excessive. If the majority of the menu is unavailable before closing time, that should be clearly communicated to customers. Otherwise, it feels misleading to arrive during business hours and not be able to order what Sonic is known for. I hope management addresses this issue, as this experience was not acceptable.

  Many times have gone and they have problems from gril not working so have to wait as they state at least 20 minutes.

  Jasmine is an amazing kind young lady. Today some birds tripped the power transformer and power went out for min. Jasmine made sure she checked on all her guest and was able to get their order. My app wouldn't work and she helped me. She an absolute delight

  Amazing costumer service but I waited for fresh chicken and a fresh smasher patty but the burger I got was disgusting! The meat was cold and hard! I’ll never understand, if you’re waiting for fresh food already why not make all of it fresh ! I will not be coming back to this location
