I was there in the drive thru on 12-29. I had such a problem looking for pretzel bugers from the website. Unfortunately it was not on the menu. The Gentleman that spoke to me over the radio so helped me to finally purchase the burgers I wanted. He was so kind and so patient. Once I got to the window a sweet young lady opened the door and knew what I was there for. She smiled the whole time. I wish I would have gotten their names. I hope the Manager knows how amazing employees he or she has.

The best customer service by Ms. Skye at Sonic!
Ms. Skye took a regular Sonic stop and turned it into a small moment of sunshine. She greeted us with genuine warmth, moved with that confident grace people have when they truly know their job, and made sure everything came out just right. You could feel her kindness — not forced, not rushed, just real. :star2:

App orders should be quicker to be heading out of the kitchen. It took 10 to 15 minutes to get my order after checking in through the app. I had placed the order about 10 to 15 minutes before getting there. It shouldn't take the same amount of time it took me to order and drive there to then wait that extra time for my order.
Also, I had placed a second order through the app. When I got my first order, I told the attendant about my second order, which she simply stated would be coming out shortly, despite me not being checked in. That had been my initial problem, but she didn't offer to help me with this. So I waited another 8 to 10 minutes before I pressed the red button to call for this and I was able to get checked in. My order finally came out after 2 minutes or so.
Additionally, I had placed the order with dipping sauces, and I only got two packets, not the 8 that I ordered. Plus, I got no napkins either.
