When I called they gave no apology and just said to get a refund from doordash. This customer service sucks badly!! How could they send the tots and no hamburgers! What kind of incompetence does it take to not even give the driver the main part of the meal!! This is beyond embarrassing service for Sonic! I have been fighting with doordash for 2 days about getting refunded for this issue. I am beyond pissed at losing $17 worth of food due to the incompetence of this restaurant.
