I stopped on the way to Little Caesars and gave it a try. first of all, they didn't have a menu or a list of items posted. I ordered the large one topping and it was just ok. it's definitely not as great as I remembered it to be and that's a damn shame.

You have a “manager” talking like shes straight outta prison and having me stand at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to have my order taken. She answers the phone like the lord depends on it but says that i’m going to have to wait because she has to help someone else ? I don’t care how big the order is your demeanor and the way you speak to your customers tells me everything I need to know. I’m a gm at sonic and we’ve had 200 drinks to get out and not once have I been snarky with a customer. WHY ? BECAUSE SOMEONE WILL FILE A COMPLAINT. Yall have my blood boiling over some damn pizza learn how to do well in customer service or get a different job. Having people wait and all you say is IM BUSY HELPING HER THEIR GONNA HAVE TO WAIT. good gosh that’s sad for you and your crew.
