    This is the second Papa Johns we've been to that only had ONE employee working in the entire store during busy times and they were completely overloaded and WAY behind in their orders. When we showed up to pick up our pizzas, all the computers were down and our order wasn't ready. Waited another 30 minutes and the order still wasn't ready because the computers were still down. The girl behind the counter was doing her best to get things up and running (on the phone with tech support), but she was understandably very upset and crying. This wasn't her fault in any way...the management teams at these Papa Johns stores need to get their heads out of their rear ends. The one star review is on the store, not the girl behind the counter.

    Guess they just do whatever they want.... If I ask for a square cut, well baked pizza and a cherry coke... is that so hard to make? Granted it's good... but come on people... rushing the pizza cause you want to go home is petty.

    Upon entering the establishment for carryout, I observed an employee seated on the counter, engaged with her phone. While the employee who assisted me was courteous, I noticed that he did not present the pizzas for my inspection prior to my departure, which is a practice I have come to expect from this location. Regrettably, upon arriving home, I found that the pizza I had requested to be well-done was, in reality, undercooked in the center. There has been a decline in customer service at this location over the past year.
