  To night was the 1st time to come to landry’s kitchen and the food was amazing and the service was amazing also Josh made sure drinks were always full and constantly making sure that our visit was a great and memorable visit highly recommend asking for Josh and also recommend ordering the bayou classic.

  My husband and I were first time Landrys Kitchen guests and Josh was absolutely amazing! His southern hospitality, kindness and attentiveness was like no other. He welcomed us with kindness, reviewed the menu with us and helped us with our dinner selections. Thank you Josh for making our experience here wonderful and we will definitely be returning and requesting him as our server in the very near future! We ordered the bayou classic, which was delicious and by far the best etoufee I have personally ever had!

  Service was slow. Two appetizers after 30 minutes. Entrees took additional 15 minutes. At least 2 other tables that came in after us were served their meals before us. Food was disappointing. The spinach dip appetizer would have been great with just plain tortilla chips but they added additional seasoning to the chips that weren't necessary. Shrimp kisses were ruined by excessive barbecue sauce. Maybe it should be served on the side. Cole slaw had horseradish in it which I've never had before and didn't like. Red beans and rice were old tasting with minimal seasoning. Sauce for coconut shrimp made of plums was horrible tasting. My husband and I did like the onion threads with an appetizer, the fried shrimp and fish. Mostly it was the side dishes that were not great.

  First time here. I only travel to the area once a year. So it was a different establishment last time. The interior and decoration and design were nice. Our server was super on point. He was very attentive. He was personable and did a great job. Not that I would think he would have done bad. He service was above and beyond. I believe the name on the receipt was Skyler. The food was good I had the seafood broil. All of it was great the seasoned vegetables were fantastic. I also had some fried oysters. Not bad but could have been a little bigger and or less batter. Again not that they were bad. The gumbo was a little salty for me. I am not a salt guy. I recommend this place. The menu is small and not cluttered. To me that tells me that they are good at their menu and all their food will be great regardless of what you get. I will come back again. Great job!

  We were glad we visited Landry’s Kitchen on the evening of the 25th, especially since very few restaurants were open at the time. We ordered the blackened redfish, shrimp tacos, and the broiled seafood platter. Because the restaurant was extremely crowded and closing early, we did have a long wait for our food. However, once it arrived, it was absolutely worth it — everything was extremely flavorful and well prepared. Despite the wait, the quality of the food really stood out. We would definitely come back again.
