  Came from out of town and had Arianna as our waitress she was so kind sweet and amazing with everything. I absolutely loved how Chris I’m assuming manager was also being involved with customers going around making sure they were enjoying their visit he also took people food and I even saw him sweeping up the dinning area (great job Chris that doesn’t go unnoticed!!) overall such a great experience here it was our first time and definitely won’t be our last!! We had the swamp water margarita and it was pure perfection. I had broiled seafood platter hubby had fried seafood platter everything was gone!! Oh yeah even the fried calamari yummm! Great job great service great food!

  This was my first time joining our family for lunch at Landry's Kitchen. First of all, the food was excellent and 5 stars for the chefs! On the downside, when we walked in, there was no welcomes, no smiles, no friendly faces. We were told it would be a 30 - 45 minute wait. Throughout the wait time, the hostesses did not make eye contact with us or even gave a smile, at least reassure us that we haven't been forgotten. Multiple customers came in while we were waiting and not once did they receive a welcome, but they sure thanked customers as they left the restaurant. Also, It was very unprofessional to see one of the hostesses trying to discreetly snack on something while we were waiting. Restaurant greeters act as the first point of contact, providing a warm, professional welcome to guests and this was not clearly evident. Also, the waitress was not friendly as all, she took our orders as if she couldn't wait to finish with us, no smiles, and she never came back to asked if we needed water or soda fills. When my husband tried to get her attention, she did not recognized him. I clearly had to get up to ask one of the 3 young hostesses if we could get some refills on our drinks. The food was outstanding and I would return for another meal, but clearly there has to be overall improvements on customer focus and services.

  Ordered take out meals and received a surcharge. Asked what the surcharge was for and the manager replies because it’s take out. The charge was over $8. Not sure the plastic containers cost more than the dish washer they need if I would have sat down to eat. Note, this is a seafood restaurant so don’t expect much if you order a steak. On a positive note, the bartender was helpful, I wasn’t drinking but he did offer to help and responded promptly. He is why the rating isn’t lower.

  Brought our son for his 21st birthday and everything was great! What put it over the mark was our server, Lexi. She kept our drinks filled, checked on us frequently and then went above and beyond to make our son's day special. She brought him a complimentary sundae and a signed birthday card from the staff all while "Happy Birthday" played in the background. Absolutely made for the best experience! Can't wait to come back.

  First time going to this location, was not expecting to be ignored the way I did. We didn’t go at all busy time , it was a Thursday afternoon around 1 , hostess sat just us ( 2) we chose “ happy hour” seating which was in the outside patio area, got menus but from there we were ignored, no water not waitress until another group sat near us with a dog( didn’t know you can bring in pets- not a service dog either) well the waitress skipped us and right to them. At this point we got up and started walking out. At this point you would have thought the hostess at the door would have said “ have a good day or thank you for coming in” something but NOTHING . Apparently they didn’t want our business. No wonder I really don’t see this establishment not very busy. Next to close in my opinion.
