- KNK NNov 9, 20251.0Zero stars if it was possible. The food was just not good. We had two mixed platters with a steak + seafood, both steaks were cold and not cooked the way they were ordered. Shrimps were also cold on these plates. We ordered a lobster tail that wasn't fresh. The worst part was that one person had ordered fish and chips and liked it, but then found a long hair embedded in the crust of a fish piece. Like, he literally ripped it out of the crust with small pieces falling off. The manager ended up coming over and made a snide remark that she couldn't see the hair because she wasn't wearing glasses. She asked if we wanted it remade, which we didn't want to and then mentioned it would be taken off the bill. We never saw her again after that, a sorry would have been nice. The view is great off of their deck but they don't clean their rail which was full of bird droppings. Maybe this place is better when its in season but if you can't keep up the quality maybe just close for the off season months. We spent $200+ for 4 people but had much better food at all the food trucks in town.

- AFamber floresNov 4, 20255.0I love this place. The food amazing! The waitress always super helpful with a warm welcome. Nobody and I mean nobody has mozzarella sticks like Joe’s Crab Shack. The salmon and asparagus plate cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to bring my family in a couple of days.
