- FAFaith Adamson6 days ago1.0I am not one to leave reviews but as someone that works in customer service I had such an astounding experience with the cashier Rosie in the self checkout that I had to leave a review. I had 12 items there was only 1 regular checkout lane open and the big self check out carousel only had two customers in it so I decided to use self checkout. I had my headphones on listening to an audiobook as I got my groceries. Rosie decided to stop me and in a condescending tone said "You know this is 10 items or less" no harm no foul I turned my cart around to go to a regular check out she stops me again and says "Oh it's fine I just saw you had headphones on and wanted you to take them off." I was just trying to do a quick in and out and listen to my audiobook which I have no idea why this offended her. She hovered around me the entire time I scanned my groceries and overall made my experience uncomfortable and she was extremely rude. I work in retail and have many customers do their shopping with headphones on and would never treat a customer in such a condescending and rude manner. I am flabbergasted by this whole experience.

This far supasses any grocery store where I live in the Midwest. The selection is huge for everything and I was even more impressed by the ready to cook and eat meals up front. I wanted to try so many. Such a great store. Its a pleasure to come back and shop here.
