However, my online app and HEB Customer Service confirmed that Phone Number was not listed on the account but the representative that came out showed me it was still on her side, I’m assuming the internal system isn’t updating as fast as the app. Very alarming considering anyone can come pick up your groceries. Hopefully HEB does better with their verification process during pick up. As grocery prices are continuously on the rise, I would like to know that my items are secure when I place a curbside pick up. Management that came out was very friendly & did take care of my family & thankfully are making it right by still giving my family their items just unfortunate the time waisted on a school evening & with an infant crying in the back due to this situation.
