Customer service is always terrible only 2 people ever here helping sometimes 1 with over 50 people in line waiting each person taking over 6 minutes to finish and when its your turn your greeted with an attitude as if they knew you personally and just didn’t like you making you feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Also so many employees just walking around like the store isn’t busy and none of the employees offer help they just walks by you even after you seem like you need help they wait for you to ask instead of being aware of others knowing if someone seems stuck to offer help not wait to be asked like watching someone who fell and only helps if they ask instead of offering a helping hand

The fact that it’s closed on Christmas like it’s the hardest job..work in the refineries etc. then take off, everything closed like society itself may not need something at the spic of the moment.

Just went to heb on port... almost all the line are open, except 5 of them which was good. They had friendly cashiers but 3 bagger on the floor. that being said, i saw customers bagging there own groceries which i thought was odd. some of the bagger need better customer service. Kinda made me feel off beat, she made me feel like I was stealing water after I already to the cashier I had the water at the bottom of the cart and he already scanned that item fist... they need some coaching.. especially the assistant manager that was the floor. I didn't cach his name but he has glasses and a pink long sleeve. He sent her over and she made that comment. I fine that unprofessional and hope up management will talk to the lead or whoever he is. This happened on 12/16/25 @ 6:58 pm.
