- RTRenee TorresDec 27, 20251.0I went in to use my rewards, and the manager at 1101 leopard st was incompetent. I still ended up paying for my meal, but they took 500 of my points. The manager had no clue how to use the rewards app and still charged me. Also, I told her my food was to go. I received my food in a taco basket instead a bag (hamburger & fries). The manager has no common sense. I use my rewards frequently, so I know what I’m doing. Manager needs more training, and more respect towards the customers.
