  I JUST picked up my order and this bowl is the best chipotle bowl i have EVER had, great portions, fresh toppings AND THE FLAVOR!! I got the Al pastor

  I walked in and walked right out. This location just recently opened and it is disgustingly dirty. The trash was staked 2 feet high above the bins, the floor was full of food everyone, and the grill looked like it had not been cleaned since they opened. I saw 2 people “working” who had zero desire to be there. ***I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!***

  I’ve been to this location several times and have always had a great lunch/dinner. This last time was totally different. The rice was very undercooked. Hopefully it was a one off, but it was a very disappointing experience.

  It was like they had to walk all over the place to fix the bowl to go that was ordered. Then they fixed like they were trying to stretch their food, everything was 1/2 spoon, not spoonful. Won't go back because of this.

  I have given this place a few visits, and it seems as every time the wait is extra long, or they are running out of food. Which that does happen here and there, I can understand that, but it’s happening way too often. I walked in tonight eager to order, and I was informed that they were limited some food items. Also the “cilantro” lime rice didn’t have cilantro, because they ran out of Cilantro. I’m very disappointed. I remember the last time being here I waited super long, but I was giving the employees grace. Even though I felt as there was no urgency, no fast pace. I believe that has to do with training. Whoever is in charge of this location is not doing their job. I’ve worked in local restaurants, (not corporate) and if something is running out, they will simply go to the store and buy it, especially something so easy to find like cilantro. I don’t understand why every experience here is never great. I was excited for this location to open up, but something has to give. The GM or MOD needs to care, and do their job! Problems like these should be handled. Someone is not doing inventory correct. Please get it together! I will try one more time after this. I hope these issues get fixed promptly.
