One time I went there and wanted white rice on my burrito bowl but they were out. What chipotle is out of white rice!! .so I got brown rice instead, it was ok. when I got home my stomach started hurting. It was bad it almost ruined the rest of the day. And it was Halloween!!. there is A new chipotle being built on the south side of town. Go to that one instead when it opens. If you must come here don’t go to the bathroom or order the brown rice (my stomach wasn’t the only one hurting after eating it)

But, the reason I will no longer be able to eat food from Chipotle is because of what I saw happen today. One of the workers swept the table tops off with the same broom he was using to sweep the floors. I can only imagine what happens in the food area customers can’t see if this kind of thing happens in plain sight. I really hope a manager can review video footage of the sitting area to see the person who used a broom to clean a table top and retrain them. I could hardly believe what I saw. 10/29/25 around 3:25pm is when this happened.

People in the back standing around and on their phones. There doesn't seem to be anyone in charge and directing staff appropriately.
