Charley’s has great food and delicious lemonade. What Charley’s does NOT have is a good application, a good refund process, nor a good general manager.
Yesterday, 2/9/26, I went to order food from their iPhone application, at around 8:30. I wanted to take advantage of a member discount for the Super Bowl. However, instead of working like every other food application in the world, I could not claim that discount with anything else on the order(this took about 10 minutes of trial and error to figure out, due to how bad the application is). So, instead, I submitted 2 orders. One with the discount and the other with another order and some Charley’s member bucks. This was at about 8:45. At 8:50 I pulled up to the restaurant, and was greeted to lights off in the building, and an employee at the door. This is when I was told that they closed early. I checked my orders and sure enough one was cancelled, however the other was not. When I mentioned this I was told that their application system actually closes at 8:30, so they could not access the system to refund my order. I went back and forth with the manager(who was a very kind gentleman with a lazy eye, didn’t grab his name) for about 7 minutes and we decided the best thing to do was just wait till tomorrow, which I was told would be when the manager refunds me.
Well. It’s tomorrow, and I still hadn’t gotten my refund. I had to go to the store, where I was told once again that I actually couldn’t be refunded because I had been there earlier in the morning for it already(this is just blatantly false). Thankfully, the kind manager was there again and he was able to get me a cash refund, HOWEVER I still am out $5 of Charley’s cash.
This was an extremely painful process for something that should have been a few button presses, and I feel as though every step of the way if the nice manager didn’t push back on his leadership, I would STILL be waiting for my refund.
If you value your time, money, and patience maybe wait until leadership changes hands. I went here often, but I most likely won’t be back.

I’m going to give the young man by the name of Thinh 5 Stars across the board. He was patient, kind and had overall good customer service. But as for the Hefty guy in the back that seemed to be the supervisor on shift. It’s a no for me. He literally was playing on his phone while preparing the food.
Yes, he had gloves on, but never switched them out the entire time. Until he decided to go get something to drink at soda fountain. Just so disgusting. 11/7/25 at 6:30

This place is terrible! We ordered delivery which took an hour and a half and when the food came it was lacking. The cheesesteaks were missing meat and didn't have any cheese or onions like we ordered. Charleys put no seal on the food and it could be opened since there was no seal on the bags. Charleys never answers there phone, we called many times and they never picked up. When we went to return the food there was only 1 guy eating there and Charleys had no excuse for my answering the phone. Just a heads up they will not refund the money you have to pay for delivery. Total waste
