- MHmckinley hughesJun 10, 20251.0We ordered online at 10:50 am before they opened at 11. It said it would be ready for pickup at 11:05. We didn’t have our order ready until 11:20. This was fine, they just opened and the food was hot. However, after one bite my chicken was completely raw. When confronted a teenager working the counter simply said I could get it remade or something else off menu but no refund. I told him I would not accept that, I wanted my money refunded to me. I completely lost my appetite and will never eat here again. He tells his coworker who says since the food was eaten I couldn’t be refunded. I took a singular bite from one chicken nugget when I brought the plate back to them. I again stated I wasn’t leaving without my $30. They refused, so I went online where I placed the order and got my money refunded within a few hours. I don’t understand why 1) teenagers with out proper training are preparing food 2) I wasn’t refunded in person yet online they didn’t even ask for proof of the raw food and 3) why it took an extra 15 minutes past the estimated time if it was going to be undercooked. I was still in the building when I threw up the one bite I had eaten. Absolutely disgusting food and service.

Then I tell the manager and she says we'll sorry I can't do anything about it yes u can u can pay for the damages. And hire people who know what there doing . Poor low quality management and experience
