The last time we went, and employee said it was an unexpected break by another employee. No actually, she stopped taking orders in the right lane to talk to a car load of people...then walked past our car to take the order behind us. We had to place our order at the front of the line. Our last visits were 30+ minutes each and there was no way to get out of line to leave! Not acceptable.
