  The one on Saratoga is the best. These people here on alameda are so slow and don’t come to the car in line.The drinks are not made the same as Saratoga either! Horrible

  Had such a horrible experience at the alameda location today, Everyone looked miserable, the girl handing me my drinks Was extremely rude, she asked if I needed a straw and the music is so loud that I asked her what she had said and she goes “ DO YOU NEED A STRAW FOR YOUR HOT CHOCOLATE??!!” In a very annoyed tone….then she handed me the Santa’s post card so fast from being irritated that I had even asked for one that it fell on the floor which then proceeds to pick it up and hands it back to me after seeing that another girl was pouring water and cleaning the floor with floor cleaner smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

  I was introduced to 7 Brew a few months back and have to admit I love their variety of Sugar-Free Syrups they offer for my coffee. The staff is very welcoming. The points they offer has earned me free drinks multiple times, that’s a plus. Who doesn’t like free stuff. The last time I went an employee there named Ruben was very welcoming, talked to me about a promo that 7 brew will be having, and also gave me knowledge to a 7 brew opening near my location. Truly a great place. Thank you 7 brew for making my morning coffee pick up a great way to start my day. 🫶🫶🫶

  We discovered 7 Brew over 6 months ago... they had just one outside table (they do almost all their business at their drive through lanes). We were simply looking for a nice spot to have good coffee with a place to sit outside where we could relax, talk and smoke after dining out. It was almost perfect, a little noisy and busy there outside at times... not the greatest ambiance but filled our needs. The young people working there were very upbeat and friendly and the prices were relatively reasonable. Last review I did 5 stars... sad to say we won't be going back to sit outside and enjoy our coffee. After a few hours of conversation, all of a sudden, an 'assistant manager' walks up to the table and demands that I extinguish my pipe or I will have to leave. Nice... I am told after months of going there that all of a sudden smoking is not allowed on the premises... OUTSIDE. NOT A 'NO SMOKING' SIGN POSTED ANYWHERE, NOT A WORD ABOUT SMOKING AT ANYTIME FROM ANY STAFF. JUST ABRUPTLY I DEMAND YOU EXTINGUISH YOUR PIPE OR GET OUT. We left never to return. Use to be lots of places to go like Cafe Calypso and Coffee Waves that would have music sometimes and quiet tables to sit and relax outside well into the evenings. After the pandemic, it seems coffeehouses all close early. I guess it is back to the patio tables at Starbucks for our after meal conversation, relaxation, coffee and smoke (or I guess some bar that has decent coffee and relatively quiet outdoor tables).
