How about paying attention to what you're doing. What makes it worse? I tipped 25%. I did my part, I tipped for service. Too bad the employee couldn't take enough pride in her job to do it correctly.

I go to this one specific Dunkin’ Donuts the only one near me and the customer service sucks the morning manager never gives me my order one time my hashbrowns was placed on the metal part where it is very unsanitary and I couldn’t get hashbrowns one time I went to go get a drink and the manager that always gives me a hard time in the morning. attempted to make my items and I told him due to previous back-and-forth. I would like for someone else to make my item and they tried to make me wait until they was done taking all the other customers even the one that came after me order before they made my drink in which I didn’t never get. I had to get a refund because the customer service is always uncomfortable when it’s that crew in the morning

It’s so bad they’re having to move the donut to the back where customers can’t see the problem and keep the empty glass cases upfront. The drive thru is packed but inside the store it’s mostly empty.
