  Came yesterday around 11:45am and had a mobile order placed. When getting to the window they greeted me blandly and I gave them my name for my order. The lady asked me to repeat my name and then told me to hold on, came back and asked again. Gave her my name and told me to pull up to the window. When I pull up to the window the manager opens the window and stares at me without saying a word. So I say “um mobile order for ***” . She said “ok well next time you come through the drive thru you need to stop to let us know not just come to the window”. I let her know politely I did stop at the intercom and give them my name. She looks back at the girl taking the orders and the girl shakes her head. The manager gives me my food then proceeds to slam shut the window in my face. I understand if the girl taking the orders couldn’t fully understand my name being it is difficult, however there is no reason to lie, and no reason for someone in customer service to treat anyone that way. Definitely needs more training especially as a manager, had to be a reason why the girl felt the need to lie.

  We went for donuts, but they didn't have any because the baker didn't come in. It’s crazy that they only have one person! This is the second time they haven't had what I went there for. I feel like Dunkin' can do better. So be prepared for them not to have what you are going for.

  The food and drinks were good. However the drive thru cashier asked for tips. And had you scan your card. This is the first time that happens 3/12/26. Not a hi but a please answer the question and tap your card🙄

  The donuts are 99.9% wrong every time I go and with my recent order, the worker told me they were out of a specific donut at pick up- which was the first time I’ve ever been told that and I thanked the worker. Well, the worker still got the donut wrong after I told them which one I wanted. They are either rude or don’t say a word when they hand you your drink or bag. I only go to this location because it’s convenient. Hopefully they have someone re-train them.

  You will be waiting 15+ minutes for a coffee and donuts. I guess they're kneading the dough by hand and grinding the coffee beans by and hand and waiting for them to bake in the oven. (That was sarcasm)
