- JFjohn f4 days ago5.0I use the mobile app. They usually give some kind of free food for using it. Never fails with their drive threw, it can be full on both sides and I still get threw quicker than an empty McDonald's drive threw. Keep up the awesome work

There wouldn’t be a problem if they started making our food when we first put the order in instead of waiting til we get there. A quick trip turns into a 20 minute wait.

The only good thing was the cashier who took my order she was friendly and try to help me when I wanted to sit and eat outside after going fishing with my boys but the manager said we’re closing the patio in 10min but all the tables and chairs were already chained up together and it was 8pm.Never again will I go to chick fil a again and I am not going to be member NO MORE

Very helpful and friendly, we really appreciated her patience with us as ordering with 3 young boys , 5,8 and 11 takes a few minutes. Great job Maddie, thanks
