  I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A location for a while now, and the quality is always top-tier. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect, but what really keeps me coming back is the service. Every visit, I’m greeted with friendly faces and a great atmosphere, but one employee in particular stands out, Jaida. She always has the best vibe, is super welcoming, and genuinely makes the experience better every single time. If I know she’s working, it honestly makes me want to stop by even more. It’s rare to find someone who consistently brings that level of positivity and energy, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. If you happen to go and see Jaida working, you’re in for a great experience! Highly recommend this location 👍

  I always go through the drive-thru and then young men and women that take my order are always very professional and quick I always appreciate the level of service that I get at this Chick-fil-A.

  Went through drive through and saw that they charged me for an extra meal went back around and asked them to fix it, they got wrong again. Had to get down and go inside and the still got it wrong atp it’s intentional. Employees with attitude, not attentive and clearly don’t know how to pay attention to orders. Very poor experience will not be going back

  I wish I could give this Chik fil a zero stars… I will never go to this chick fil an again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this one! Anyone from out of town I will make sure it’s the first thing I tell them. I go to all the other ones all the time and never had any issues. I was trying to order a meal and asked for a large ice water instead of a soda. They said they couldn’t do that even if I paid the upcharge fee.. they could give me two mediums but not a large.. but if I got a soda I could get a large drink? I just wanted water.. idk how that makes sense.. I left and went to another chick fil a and got a large water with my entree…

  Place an order on Friday around 7 PM. We were driving is the food. The fries were cold and the nuggets were hard. I called it in the girl didn't write down my name, but I think her name was maria. today, which is March, the 18th a very nice young man at the counter came up to me to kind and he helped me said, you can have a seat the manger will be right with you manger . I waited and I went to go get a seat the tiung man offered .. Well, the manager kept on looking at me up. And down, he finally came over to me and said, I can't do nothing for you. I don't know where you got this bag from, I said, sir. I have my receipt, and the paper is right there.The receipts on the bag, you can look up the trans number.He had an awful attitude neber asked me why? Just who did you talk to i couldnt remeber he had an awfulattitudei have never returned anything there .Especially telling me where I got my bag from i guess i wasnt worthy or dressed for him or looked the part. , I told him I had my my card with me. I contact customer service and all of a sudden. He could pull up the receipt. And gave me a refund, he had no right to talk to me like that. I was never rude, never condescending and he had a smirk on his face. I would like a general manager to contact me i've never had nobody tell me that .even if i was homeless nobody should be treated like that. where I got the bag from and he's a manager.His name was Alez. Check the cameras.
