- TTTexas1 day ago1.0To the larger set older lady with colored eyes who was working on 4/12/26 around 3:45pm. Yeah you have such a terrible attitude and until you don’t work here anymore we will not be returning. I’m sorry my family didn’t know what they wanted right away because actually it was my first time taking them there and probably the last. I didn’t appreciate you trying the hurry us, not offering samples and being rude when asked what type of toppings they wanted on their sundaes. If you hate your job so much then quit! You were seriously lousy and I hope you change your attitude, though I’m sure you’re probably too old to that now.

Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from the moment we walked in. The employee helping us a heavyset woman with gray hair was extremely unprofessional. She kept making faces at customers, rolling her eyes at customers. On top of that, the workers were on their phones almost the entire time instead of paying attention to customers. We felt ignored, and the condescending tone she used toward several people, including us, made everything worse.The ice cream was okay, definitely not worth it, especially with service like that. We won’t be coming back.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
