  Ordered online on April 4, 2026, when I picked up they were out of curly fries and out of Arby’s sauce. They were unable to give me a refund because I ordered thru the app. I have sent 2 requests through the Arby’s site because no phone number is listed on the main Arby’s site anywhere, for a refund and have yet to hear back. This location is always empty, service is always slow and staff acts like they are too bothered to help. So I’m done trying to get food here. When I went to the drive thru to pick up my order I got no answer and so I drove to the window and a guy was texting on his phone. When he opened the window he just said “yeah?”. Completely unacceptable all the way around and I’m out $27 for food I did not take because half of it was out. Maybe someone here will pay attention?????

  The worst Arby’s to go especially at night for dinner food thrown around workers seem very unhygienic and lazy

  The food was cold, and the ham was disgusting. I could not even chew the ham. The beef and cheddar had very little cheese and looked old. The beef was cold. The curly fries were under cooked Worst

  Ugh... just opened. Still working the kinks out; nevertheless franchise owner should be front and center coaching and developing their team. Staff very inexperienced and untrained so it is not their fault.
