  These guys charged me 25 cents for a groovy sauce and guess what these lazy workers didn't even give me no sauce, I have never met more people in fast food industry as lazy as the ones in the whole area of copperas cove. Like you're a grown man working and flipping my hamburgers at least don't forget my sauce next time go pour some concrete out at a construction site cause maybe you can't mess that up

  So we ordered two bacon double smasher burgers. Both were meals. One was supposed to have no cheese no ketchup no pickles add mustard... the other was all the way.... why when I get my burger they are both all the way. So called back up there dude said he would remake the messed up one..walked all the way back just for them to make it wrong again...then call them AGAIN and dude asked for name and the messed up burger AGAIN . We return today to get said burger and they still got it wrong. This time it was just a singe pattie bacon burger. Very upset and annoyed with sonic. Why ask for our name and the order if your not going to get it correct!!!

  Food was not very hot. No sooner order my food and 2 minutes later it was out. Like it had been sitting pre made for awhile….

  My husband ordered a footlong coney added onion and tomato, when he got home no chili only a hot dog with onion and tomato. Also ordered smash burger, was edible, and a 3 piece chicken tender with tots only thing that was done right. I use to go here multiple times a week for lunch, when I worked close by, however over the past few years quality and pride in the product is not there,a sad situation.

  Went tonight for my craving that i do not get often. Secretly hoping can find another place for my craving to be served. Order person very polite bought the best part. Ordered extra long chili cheese coney with onion and large onion ring large chocolate shake. Car hop said no words that delivered my order to stall #10. Until total was told. Then took money nothing said turned 2alked away with my money and returned to tell me my total again and hand me my change. I would give this persons name but there was no name tag visable. Photos will be below. Not sure if there is a chili shortage but I do hope it ends by the next person's order and same with onion rings. Had to call to be told a medium order of onion rings is 5 rings. Hope I never order a small. Manager did not offer a im so sorry or anything but a replacement order of onion rings. Maybe its not worth my time to pick up. Will say this they still accept cash and I think the still use humans not AI for employees.
