  Drastic improvement in all areas now. Staff is great, helpful, considerate and dedicated. Definitely worth checking out. Food has been phenomenal as well. Always a wonderful customer experience at this location.

  I went to papa John’s in copperas cove the service was terrible the people working weren’t very nice definitely not friendly at all. I get my pizza it didn’t look so great but brought it home once I opened it it already looked like it was made this morning and sat all day and was just warmed up when we got it and ohh wow when I bit into it this was easily the worst pizza I have ever had. So I will never have pizza or anything to eat from this establishment ever again. This is my third time trying it and well three strikes your out.

  3/12/26 Ordered pepperoni & sausage large pizza. It was 1 hour late with no call or reason why. It was cold, barely any meat on it, looked like it something left over from the night. Was told by the driver that the only woman working in the Papa John pizza place was in the bathroom forever...he was told to a few minutes before delivering to me about the delivery. This is the 2nd bad experience with this Copperas Cove Papa John's & now I remember why I stopped using it. This is what I get for being lazy & not making my own. A total waste of my money & time! Look closely at the pizza...where's the meat covering a slice at all?
