  I’ve always enjoyed supporting this establishment and have had good experiences in the past, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I recently ordered a few sandwiches, and when I got home and opened them, the lettuce was completely brown and clearly not fresh. I called the store to speak with a manager, but was told they were unavailable. I also reached out to corporate and even attempted to contact the franchise owner, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any follow-up. Quality and customer service both matter, and this experience missed the mark on both. I truly hope this is addressed, as I’d love to continue supporting local businesses, but based on this experience, I’ll likely choose to go elsewhere for better quality moving forward.

  Every time my mom orders from this place, my sandwich always comes with mayonnaise personally I don’t eat mayonnaise. I think it’s nasty but every time I get it from this place, It always has Mannys on it. Jimmy John’s just way better they actually listen.

  How does it take over 40 minutes to make a sandwich!? In that amount of time I could have went to HEB bought all the ingredients went home and made my own sandwich for way less money. These workers are incompetent, we won't be back. 50 minutes now, still no food. I could have baked my own bread atp. One full hour to get out food. If it had not been done I would have made them refund me. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

  Love this place... But please play music or something so I don't have to listen to everyone crunch their chips while chewing with their mouth open! It's an epidemic these days. It's like eating in a library when there's no music.

  My fiancé ordered delivery through the app. For some reason the driver felt the need to set the bag down on the porch, walk away, and then come back to knock the bag over. The food was fine but that was just unnecessary and poor service. I have footage from my doorbell camera, but took screenshots since I can’t post the video.
