By that point the store was closed. Called in the next day to have the issue addressed. The manager demanded I bring the pizzas to her, “if” they were incorrect. Basically called me a liar without saying it. I said all I wanted was the order made the way I ordered it. I was nothing but respectful. She said “unfortunately we are a business, so you gotta bring the pizzas to me” I already went to bed, went to work, and came back to the hotel. You think that pizza is going to be there that long?? The adults ate the one pizza. The kids couldn’t have any of it, they put jalapeno on both. Not that way it was ordered. She refused to provide a resolution. So I contact corporate. Got an intake rep. They submitted the ticket. 2 days later I get a text from a “sherry bounds” she said that the local management would reach out to Ken 5 days go by. Nothing. I reach out to sherry again. Nothing. Zero resolution. From corporate, to management nothing. Someone needs to contact me and correct the issue. I assure you I will continue to escalate this. And all who have failed to provide customer service will certainly be held accountable for their lacking.
