  Love this place... But please play music or something so I don't have to listen to everyone crunch their chips while chewing with their mouth open! It's an epidemic these days. It's like eating in a library when there's no music.

  My fiancé ordered delivery through the app. For some reason the driver felt the need to set the bag down on the porch, walk away, and then come back to knock the bag over. The food was fine but that was just unnecessary and poor service. I have footage from my doorbell camera, but took screenshots since I can’t post the video.

  The location in copperas’s needs new employees at Jimmy John’s. It takes at least 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. This has happened on more than one occasion. 3 or more employees “working, chatting it up while customers wait for a freaky fast sandwich. I watched as people from the drive thru come inside to complain about the wait time. Rightfully so when no one was severed and it had been 20 minutes. I’d understand if it had been busy. Do better or work somewhere else.

  Jimmy John’s is like an old buddy you can count on when you need to. Delicious, fresh, and affordable. For this specific location in Cove, when placing online pick-up orders, make sure to monitor the app or give the store a call to verify your order is ready. Sometimes the order is ready but not yet confirmed on the app. Minor set back, but all good. Place is great and the team is friendly.
