  I visited this Chipotle location around 8:30 p.m. tonight to pick up a mobile order, and the experience was honestly shocking. The employee working the pickup area (a tall woman on the side who appeared to be bagging online orders) threw the bag across the counter toward me without saying a word. No greeting, no eye contact, no confirmation of the order just tossed it in my direction. I actually had to call out to her to get her attention in the first place. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should not feel dismissed or treated like an inconvenience. It felt hostile and unnecessary. Management should review the camera footage from around 8:30 p.m. and address this. I would also like to know the name of the employee working that shift so this can be escalated properly. Very disappointing experience.

  The queso tasted like powder everything was absolutely tasteless I paid for double meat and Instead received more fajitas vegetables than meat chips tasted old they didn't use the salt that they usually use on the chips everything was so bad smh

  Worst chipotle ever and we eat at them all over the stat. they are not friendly they just stare at you like your unconvincing them your lucky if they even talk to you. If you have an issue with online they just say oh well it’s a you problem. It’s always gross inside and they always run out they don’t plan for rushes very well

  I love for Chipotle ❤️ is being tested to the max. Because tonite Sat Feb 21 @ 09:30 pm and there is no fountain Drink, there is no tea . So for me there is nothing to drink and this becoming the norm!. But it doesn't stop there they are out of Chicken, outta of brown rice and to top it off i had to pay for chicken again because there was not but a spoon full from what I could see. I accepted because the Guacamole was spead on top so i couldn't see how much chicken was there. I sat down and begin to mix the salad and noticed almost no meat went right back up they were looking like it was there before i sat down but not there now. So since they appeared confused i paid an additional $3.96 for chicken again! This was not a good nite for me. They shut down earlier and earlier 😒!
