  The barista, Javier I believe, didn't get my drink right after I explained it 10 times. He didn't make it sugar free, I could tell by the taste, and when I asked, he rolled his eyes and remade it. I am diabetic and he was going to lie to me about it being sugar free, would not come back if you're sensitive to substitutions.

  This was the second time I ever attended 7brew and just like the first time I am disappointed. Seems like the employees working there are not used to working in a high flow environment when it busy with multiple customers. When attending 7brew today I came to get my husband a surprise birthday drink. Which turned out not to be a surprise no more with how long it too took to get my order taken, and to receive a drink. While waiting to get my order taken two cars in front of me drove off because they never got their order placed in the 20min of waiting. The employee order taking the drive thru only focused on one lane although it’s a two lane drive thru. Cars that I was originally ahead of got their order taken and a beverage before all the cars in the right lane. while the only reason I moved forward was because two cars in front of me drove away and my order still wasn’t taken. Then another girl came out to help, I’m thinking to myself finally!! Then the second girl just goes to the first line and still forgets about the second line. Like what the hell…Then finally a boy comes out who starts taking order in the second line trying his best to take orders quickly. While the two girls are struggling to take orders in the first line and missing cars not going in order. If you have a two lane drive thru how does it make sense to just take orders in one lane. Where is their manager to help them fix situations like this and re-organize this order placing mess??? I finally get my order taken and had to wait another 20min to get my drink because the left lane was getting more prioritize. And in that moment I was waiting my husband woke up and texted me noticing where I was at and ruining his birthday surprise. In what world does it take 40min to receive one beverage. Like I would have understood if a machine became broken or a systems went down but it was really was just because of a disorganized mess. These employees need to get retrained! Like get two people and put one in each lane and call it a day this way no car is forgotten!
