    The cashier wouldn't let my 7 year old daughter use the restroom when asked while we were waiting in line to order. She continued saying to wait your turn, meanwhile my daughter was having an emergency and almost had a very embarrassing moment. The bathroom was also disgusting, horrible experience. Avoid at all costs

    Have not ordered Wendy’s since September 2025 and was reminded as to why I stopped going there tonight. I did my mobile order and waited roughly 10 minutes prior to arriving to this location. When I arrived, I was asked to pull forward and when I asked why they said because their times on the screen and that the fries weren’t ready. I explained to them that I would rather just wait because there was no one else in line and they told me just to pull forward and come back in three minutes. So I did. They handed me my order, which was a large order of five meals and due to the situation I went ahead and checked my bag and I was missing an item. So I went inside and had to wait again for about three minutes for the large fries that was missing from my order. Once I was handed the fries, I was told “ since you upgraded your meal to a large fries. It was just confusing for me so that’s why that happened.” but there’s multiple screens and a receipt that clearly shows that I had a large fries on one of my orders. Unfortunately, the customer service has drastically gone downhill in the past two years at this location, and it very clearly shows by the lack of business that I see at this location compared to what it used to be. They may get lucky right now since McDonald’s is literally torn down and getting remodeled to have a little bit more business but I think I’ll go out of my way to either go to a different Wendy’s location for a different fast food place then to go back to this location due to their customer service.
