  Went thru the drive thru, i was the second car and told a 5 minute wait. When I repeated "5 minutes?" He said "yeah for $34 worth of food, 5 minutes"

  Do better McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru to get a medium drink. The total was $1.61. I gave them a $5 bill. They couldn't take my money because they have no ones for change. Are you kidding me at 12:15 on a Saturday afternoon there's not one cash register in that building that has three ones in it to give back to me as my change. This store has gone downhill in the last several weeks since the McDonald's on Denton Tap Road closed. Some of the employees from there went to this location and boy does it show in the service.

  I ordered a mocha frappe, but what I received was essentially plain ice with no mocha flavor and no whipped cream. When I asked about it, I was told that the whipped cream was unavailable, but this was not mentioned at the time of ordering. While I was trying to clarify the issue, they closed the door instead of addressing my concern. I wasn’t given any proper explanation, alternative, or resolution. If a key ingredient is missing, it should be clearly communicated before taking the order. I paid for a full beverage but did not receive what was advertised or expected, and no refund or adjustment was offered.
