  Jessica, Jessica. Where do i begin. Yesterday I ordered a dirty dr. pepper with small mozzarella sticks, on the app at 11:48. I arrive at 11:52, because it was supposed to be ready at that exact time. Tell me why it took 40 MINUTES to get 2 simple items. At around 12:15 l told multiple workers that my order hadn't come out, while they were giving out orders to people who came after me. Tell me why Jessica decided to clap back at me, saying I need to be patient, while that was ALL I was doing. The customer service was awful. I almost started crying because of how enraged I was. They then gave me two medium drink vouchers for the inconvenience, but that does not amount to 40 minutes wasted, and a missed appointment. If I could put 0 stars, I would, but sadly i cant. Definitely not coming again.

  It's what I expect from sonic. Everything was good however, they forgot the bacon I added to my burger. That was disappointing.
