A group of 8 went to enjoy some drinks at the bar. We were there for a little over 4 hours. My wife and I had a total of 4 drinks a person and a meal. It happened to be a friends birthday and as I try to buy the birthday girl a drink I go up to the bartender to ask for a drink and she responds “ I don’t think we have anymore because y’all drank them all” In a rude tone. I responded “I’m sorry we gave y’all such great business By just paying you $400.00( between 8 customers) but all you had to say was can I get you something else.” I asked to speak to a manager and I explained the way his bartender spoke to me and he did absolutely nothing about the situation and if he did it went unnoticed. During my final words with the manager he agreed to bring me two different drinks but the original bartender that was rude refused to serve them. I had a second talk with the manager and he refused service for no reason. He didn’t know how to handle the situation. Terrible service! I will never go there again or take my family. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They do not know how to handle situations. I still have my receipt that shows the time I opened my tab until I closed my tab and plenty of friends that witnessed the situation.

On 16 Oct 2017 at the Main Event located at 12500 Sycamore Station Place, Louisville, Ky., the Bartender, Jon was very disrecpectful and Discriminated against myself, a Disabled Veteran. This is the 2nd time it has happened, the first time, I just let it go but this time I had to do something about it. Our company often attends Main Event to unwind after a hard work week. My wife and I ordered drinks and I saw him put his bare hands on the Lime and Lemon and when I asked him to give us another set using the proper utensils, he gave me the dirtiest look and slammed the lids to the lime and lemon containers behind the counter. I immediately asked to speak to his supervisor and told her about his Unprofessional actions towards a Disabled Veteran. The managers took care of the problem (the bill, which I was not looking for because I can afford it), the problem is Jon, with his Racist Smart Mouth. This was witnessed by an off duty 1st Responder, a Policeman who had to help restrainme from jumping across the bar to puch this guy in the face. He does not need to be working as a Bartender there. He was smiling very "snidely" like nothing was going to be done about it, which was also noticed by the 1st responder. He may be emailing you about the same issue because I told him I was going to file a Formal Complaint and if nothing is done, I will seek legal counsel to resolve the issue. Move him to a different part of Main Event so this does not happen to anyone, especially a Disabled Veteran like myself, who I have been medically with PTSD. He does not need to be a Bartender and there is no telling how many people he has done this too. I look forward to a response to my complaint. The management was great, it was the very unprofessional service from this 1 employee. Kevin Hilton

the Atlanta location is very unprofessional and RUDE! The wait time for food or drinks is flat out ridiculous I will never pay for another bday party there AGAIN. The manager on staff made excuses by saying we have a lot of young employees.

The manager Tina has a NASTY attitude! Judging by one of the previous reviews and from my experience tonight, she obviously enjoys kicking people out. Her boss will hear from me tomorrow. She is not a good manager and we did not enjoy our experience.
