  Just as I walked in, employees were talking badly about customers. My sandwich was burnt, had hardly any meat, and was packed with lettuce.

  Firstly, I walked in at ~8:10pm and nobody greeted me. The nice cashier took my order and I went to sit down. A few minutes passed and I got my sandwich. I have never seen a jimmy johns sandwich with less filling in my entire life, but it still tasted good. Then I witnessed the cook (black athletic tee-shirt and white hat) throw away every extra bread from the day before over 40 minutes before closing, then I asked him if he threw the loaves away (not sure if he did) and he lied to me and said they used them all up, after me just seeing 6 loaves on the counter. Then I look into the kitchen and saw that he had thrown them away. This is unacceptable behavior. Southlake location is 1000x better. I would recommend ordering from there if you're getting lunch, they're not as stingy with serving sizes. The cashier was actually nice, I wasn't being sarcastic.
