  I am sharing my recent experience at this location, which I visit a few times a week as it is on my way to work. While I have had some less than satisfactory experiences in the past, I chose to overlook them. However, today’s incident has left me deeply disappointed, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. This morning I placed an order via the app around 7 am for a 7:30 am pickup. Upon arriving at approximately 7:34, my order was not ready. Although I noticed the store was busy, I decided to wait patiently. I observed walk in customers come in and order and then receiving their orders while mine still had not been made. At around 7:45 I approached what I believe was a manager for an update and provided my name. She located my receipt on the prep table, but explained that it had not been worked on because there was no turkey sausage available, requiring someone to retrieve it. About 7:51 I informed the staff if my order was not ready within the next five minutes, I would need to cancel it. At this point, the manager handed me my order without addressing the delay. At which point, I expressed my concern about being late for work and a worker responded by laughing at me which the manager did not address. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful, especially after waiting more than 20 minutes past my pick up time. I’ve been a regular customer at this establishment for some time now, but this experience has left me feeling very frustrated and I do not know if I will go back.

  Takes more than 30 minutes for your pickup order to be filled so make sure you order about 45 min ahead. Then if they are out of a bagel they have no way of contacting you, so if you get there 45 min later your food will still not be made. You must wait in line to ask why your food is not ready only to tell you they were out of something. The line is always to the door, so no point in ordering online when you have to wait. Hate this location

  This has been my go to spot since COVID. All accolades given for food and service. The store is genuinely a reflection of the manager who runs it. 5 stars.

  I love the people there they are all so friendly and helpful... Rudy, Wendy, Kayla, Audrey, just to name a few, the entire squad is on point, and led by the manager Sonia, they are the best ..
