  Chipotle me encanta pero en mi vida había visitado un local tan sucio las mesas todas todas sucias ….el piso parecía que habían comido en el ..,que lugar tan sucio …la señora que atendía estaba sola y cobraba a la vez ..,fue amable …pero nunca más regreso ..🤮 ..tenía deseo de devolver la comida …ohhh no había servilletas ….en fin un desastre

  Clear signs of poor management. Low on brown rice, black beans, carne asada, etc. Server telling cooks about this but they seemed indifferent. All the while they're cracking jokes like no big deal. Had no onion and pepper ready for my order. No apologies, just sheer indifference. Seemed like bunch of careless teens running things. Also, the men's bathroom sink was dirty and messy. This regrettable experience and the other poor reviews make it clear that this chipotle is best to avoid at all costs.

  This Chipotle is an absolute disgrace. The workers looked completely drained and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Zero effort, zero respect, zero customer service. Instead of a friendly greeting, it’s literally, “What do you want?” — like customers are bothering them. The restaurant was disgusting — dirty drink station, dirty floors, dirty tables. I took pictures because I honestly don’t understand how this place is still operating. This looks like a health code violation waiting to happen. Where is management? Where is the health inspection? I asked for a medium or small cup — they’re out. Fine, things happen. But they handed me a large cup with NO lid, and when I asked for one they laughed and said they “ran out.” Laughing and joking around instead of doing their job. Completely unprofessional, especially the guy with the goatee. I’m done. Never coming back to this location. And yes, I want my refund — I refuse to pay for trash service and a dirty environment. Chipotle needs to shut this location down, retrain everyone, and actually clean the place. Embarrassing.

  Chipotle food quality and service have gone down in Coppell. Last night I visited and ordered in to eat. The restaurant was very poorly maintained, almost all the tables were not clean , no silverware, food quality also was not very good. Was not expecting this at a Chipotle especially in Coppell.

  Ordered takeout. Food was ready when it said it would be. Restaurant appeared clean, and team members were helpful! Not loud at all.
