  Is it just me or have their portions gotten smaller over the last year? It used to be a bowl would be a good lunch with enough left over for dinner. Now the bowls are only half full. Looks like shrinkflation in action. Other than that, I like Cava and it's my go-to place for food in Coppell. It's just not the great deal it used to be.

  Terrible service! They are out of most of toppings and Sauces at 8:30pm. Out of avocado out of cucumber out of corn, out of yogurt dill sauce. I could not enjoy the food at all. and no one is smiling at this location.

  They missed almost half of what I ordered. Made without care. I was literally eating through veggies and tiny pieces of scraped meat that was filled with cartilage. NEVER order from this joint. This branch is literally out of everything every single time I go.

  Delivery order was half the size of the online pictures. When I order from McD's or other fast food, I expect the burger to look better in the pictures than in real life, but when paying $20 for 4 minature lamb meatballs with some avocado and greens I expect to at least get something that resembles the pictures advertised. More salad please:) Also did not receive napkins or plasticware. Others in the order stated orders were wrong.

  Absolutely LOVE this location! You can tell because I am a regular, and I must say that the workers Tasha, Mina, Astrid, Elba, and Brandon are very best! It doesn’t matter what day I come in. I always see one of them with a big smile and happy to help!! Today I came in, and Miss Elba was quick to respond to a question I had regarding my order. She ensure that everything was fresh. Great job. This young lady deserves and extra five stars.
