I've only ordered take out from their app. They are efficient at having orders ready by the estimated time given in the app. I always get the harissa chicken as my protein. This last time I tried the chicken shawarma and I didn't enjoy it as much because it had no flavor even when mixed with all the other ingredients in my bowl. I did enjoy the roasted vegetables and plan to add them in my next bowl.

Around 3pm the workers were very unorganized, they was out of everything, the area was not clean.. where they was serving, and food was not up to par, they told me they was out of a sauce then, one worker needed the sauce I requested for a online order, and now all of a sudden y’all have the sauce? What about the people who are dining in? I mean out of everything out of feta as well smh! 🤦🏾♀️ bad first experience!

I swear how hard is it to read an order then prepare the items or pack them in an order. Well, I’m guessing it’s pretty difficult when a lot of occasions the employees are just chatting up so yes that can distract and apparently often. You guys gotta fix that issue seriously.

Staff was friendly and help me with my order. When I got to the register to cash out. A nice young lady Arnaysa took to me asked me how my day was and I told her this was my first time trying cava she took care of my food for me today and told me I will love it and she will see me tomorrow lol so I know it’s going to be great. Thank you cava

The overall morale among the staff seemed very low, and the management gave the impression that customer experience wasn’t a priority. I visited with my wife, she ordered first and was attended to patiently, but when it came to my turn, the service felt rushed. This led to an error with my rice choice, and at no point did the attendant offer to correct it. I felt uncomfortable asking for it to be fixed, especially since there was a line and only one employee serving, despite several others standing by who could have helped. When it came time to pay, the manager bagged our food but didn’t greet us or ask how our visit was. Instead, she barked orders to her team and took our payment as if we weren’t even there. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I truly regret paying for a meal that wasn’t even what I ordered, and more importantly, for an experience that fell far below CAVA’s usual standards.
