  I don’t set the bar very high for a place like Dunkin but they somehow managed to disappoint me. You’d think my mere presence at the drive thru was an insult to the workers. Snarky and abrasive service that isn’t particularly fast. Which leads me to believe it wasn’t an accident when the donuts were wrapped so tightly in wax paper that all the frosting peeled off with it. You are better off stopping at some mom and pop donut shop, it will probably be faster cheaper and better quality than this dump.

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. I was made to stand at the counter for 15 minutes just to place my order, and then waited another 10 minutes to actually receive it — a total of 25 minutes. What’s worse is that there was no one else inside the store waiting, yet the staff completely ignored me while focusing on the drive-through, where there were about 5–6 cars. I understand being busy, but completely neglecting in-store customers is unacceptable. When I finally asked (who seemed to be the manager) why no one was taking my order, she responded very rudely saying, “We are busy.” There was no apology, no acknowledgment — just a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. This is easily one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to.

  Have been given warm coffee have had staff argue with me about the way my coffee was made I drink about two cups of this coffee everyday so I know exactly how it's supposed to taste other times I have ordered croissants pacifically asked them not to toast them they toasted them anyway and I don't like how they always turn that screen towards you so you have to answer the question about giving them a tip

  Decided to try this store for coffee. The coffee was cold and their excuse was it was made hours ago so it should be fine. Unfortunately, customer service didn’t help the situation. Guess I’ll stick to Starbucks.

  They had 4 or 5 employees and they were unorganized as hell! Myself and several customers stood and watched complete chaos! They were getting orders mixed up and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. It's was embarrassing to watch. Myself and another customer said it was our first and last time going. It took 15 minutes to get a seasoned bacon croissant. And it wasn't crowded. The drive through girl kept picking up bags of food and looking inside them to see if they were he's. Then she'd throw them back down. The entire crew seemed totally discombobulated.
