  Online ordering is consistently 15+ minutes late per the promised time. There will be many people who come in wait in line and get their food before online orders are processed. Please learn from chipotle.

  I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at CAVA and highlight the impact of your leadership at the store level. Overall, the environment felt well-organized, efficient, and welcoming. It was clear that management sets strong expectations for both service and teamwork. The staff appeared confident, communicated effectively, and handled customer flow smoothly, even during busy periods. That kind of coordination usually reflects consistent guidance and support from leadership. Definitely would come back to see Ronnie and Fabrizio.

  I eat Cava very frequently and I avoid this location. Service at this location is very slow. Also the bawl was one of the most under filled I have ever seen. I asked the lady for olive, there was nothing left in the container she tried to scoop whatever was there. She was able to get one half olive on the spoon and added in the bawl. I had to ask her to get a new container and add more olives. Staff here need good training.

  First time ever going to a Cava. I got my food to go, a spicy lamb + sweet potato bowl with two sides of each hummus. Sides price out at just over $3 for about 2 teaspoons of hummus. Next time I'll skip on the sides. Before leaving I noticed my bowl lacked the namesake main ingredients, sweet potato and lamb. When I did, one of the employees squirted a sauce bottles contents into the air, onto a customer's food bag onto the counter top and POS. What a curcus! Food was tasty. I will probably try my luck next time at a different location.
